No returns or exchanges
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on any order, for any reason — including change of mind, size preference or colour shade differences caused by screen settings. Please choose carefully before placing your order; product photos, descriptions and measurements are provided to help you decide.
Quality checked before dispatch
Every order is checked for quality and completeness before it is packed and handed over for delivery, so it reaches you exactly as ordered.
Order cancellation
If you'd like to cancel an order, this is only possible on the same day it was placed and before it has shipped — contact us as soon as possible at naveenji0022@gmail.com or on WhatsApp with your order number.
Something wrong with your order?
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please write to us at naveenji0022@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and photos/video of the item as received, and we'll help sort it out.
